In a video conferencing by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi with all the Chief Ministers of the country on May 11, 2020, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that under the vision, determination and skilful leadership of the Prime Minister, Team India will win the battle against Corona soon. . The Prime Minister has implemented such a strong strategy against Corona in the country by continuously communicating and coordinating with the states in accordance with the respect and dignity of the federal structure, from which we have gained effective control over the corona. The Home Department Advisory is very clear and useful for the states.
Health Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra , Chief Secretary Mr. Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Health Mr. Mohammad Suleman etc. were present in the VC .
Central support
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that in the Corona crisis, the states are getting continuous support from the Center. The team sent by the center came to more infected areas and they have given important guidance. The trains run for the workers have proved very helpful in bringing back the workers. An amount of 661 crores sent by the Center and NDRF in MNREGA . An amount of 910 crores proved to be very helpful during this crisis. 16 lakh laborers have been given work under MNREGA in the state. Different types of economic activities have been started in the state. M.S.M.E. States should be given packages for industries.
Reform in labor laws , change in mandi act
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that keeping in mind the interests of workers in the state, revolutionary reforms have been made in the labor law for maximum investment promotion. Changes have been made in the Mandi Act to provide maximum value of their produce to farmers, under which farmers can now sell their crops from their homes through deal sheets, mandi and also through e-tendering.
Format of fourth lockdown mixed
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan suggested in VC that in order to effectively prevent the infection of Corona in the state and to restore the economy, the fourth lockdown form should be mixed. In the infected area, strict action should be taken, while in other areas exemption should be given to smooth the economic activities. The night curfew remained unchanged from 7 in the morning to 7 in the morning. Gradually, public transport should be started in a controlled manner. All types of festivities should be banned.
States should send their strategy before May 15

Post-corona tourism
Prime Minister Shri Modi said that we have to seriously consider what post corona tourism should be like. There are ample opportunities for this in India. We must accelerate our economic activities even earlier. With the changes we have to create new opportunities in India.
Solve the problem of workers
Prime Minister Shri Modi said that our laborers who went to various places in the country for employment are coming back home due to emotional reasons. Due to this, there will be a shortage of laborers in some places and lack of employment in some places. State how they will balance it out.
Now states will lead
Prime Minister Modi clearly stated that the state will now lead in relation to the lockdown. States will be able to work according to their circumstances except for some general guide lines.
