It encompasses a much broader aspect including nutritious, healthy, & hygienic food, clean environment, sanitation, a healthy lifestyle etc.

Good health can be maintained by regular exercise and well-balanced diet. A healthy mind resides only in healthy body. Furthermore, ‘ensuring and facilitating good health to all’ is key in achieving the “Sustainable Development Goals”, an integral part of our daily lives.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought this fast-moving world to a standstill and colossally impacted almost all aspects everyone’s life especially routine physical or fitness activities and resulted into severe physical or mental (or psychological) health and fitness. The nutritious and balanced diet, regular exercises and physical activities plays the highly significant role in promoting the health and wellbeing of a human being. It improves the quality of life as poor diet might cause morbidity and/or severe illnesses. However, it has often overlooked. Now, the importance of health and fitness cutting across all age groups and sections of the society needs to be taken on utmost priority.

With these objectives to cascade awareness and disseminate wisdom on fitness through regular physical activities, nutritious food and healthy lifestyle to promote and make fitness an integral part of daily lives, ASSOCHAM, under ILLNESS TO WELLNESS campaign, is organizing a Webinar on “Health and Fitness: Key To Success”
