ON DOCTORS DAY NEWLY ELECTED MLA FROM AAM AADMI PARTY SHIR DURGESH PATHAK VISITS SIR GANGA RAM HOSPITAL

The newly elected MLA from Rajinder Nagar constituency Durgesh Pathak from Aam Aadmi Party today visited Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on Doctors Day. On this occasion he met Dr. D.S. Rana, Chairman (Board of Management) and other senior officials.

Speaking on the occasion Durgesh Pathak applauded the services being provided by Doctors of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital to the society specially during Covid crisis. Pathak said, “I am very happy to visit Sir Ganga Ram Hospital during Doctors Day. I have heard a lot about Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and this is one of the most reputed hospital of Delhi.” Dr. D.S. Rana, Chairman (Board of Management), Sir Ganga Ram Hospital explained the history and, cross subsidy model on which the hospital works and the hospitals’ contribution towards treatment of patient of Economically Weaker Section of the Society.

Durgesh Pathak said, “I have already started the work for road development. We will work on all pending works to improve the accessibility to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.” He noted the pending issues of widening of entry and exit roads of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital as well as widening of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Marg. He also assured shifting of the compost plant from the vicinity of the hospital.
