Pal mein Pralaya Hoyegi, means one is losing cells (apoptosis) every moment and new cells are appearing every moment. Vedic philosophy also says that the nature of new cells is decided by the last thoughts of the dying cell. Therefore, live every moment of the life. We postpone matters because we are indecisive. This lethargy is what Kabir is condemning. Mindfulness living is living in the present.
